2025-2026 Academy Re-Enrollment form
Thank you for being a part of the PAX Academy family for the 2024-2025 (un)school year! If you have a new student that you would like to enroll, you must fill out the NEW Student Registration Form separately: https://paxacademy.org/enroll/
Our school year runs from August 1st until July 31st of the following year. We will open enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year on June 1st.

All re-enrollment forms MUST be submitted prior to July 1st. If you pay in full prior to July 1st, you will get a $100 gift certificate which you can use at participating restaurants. If we have not received your re-enrollment form by August 1st, you will be withdrawn from PAX Academy.
